We specialize in rural properties - country homes, farms, and vacant land,
primarily in Chautauqua County.
We prefer to sell property at public auction. We work closely with Mike
Peterson Auction & Realty Service. Mike's license was with our office for 15 years before he recently
became a Broker himself.
